At 38, I found myself at a crossroads. As a busy woman juggling family, career, and life’s endless responsibilities, I realised I had neglected one thing for far too long—my skin. The late nights, the stress, the skipped skincare routines... I never gave my skin the attention it truly deserved. I wished I had started taking better care of it earlier, but there I was, staring at the mirror, wondering if it was too late to turn back time.

Like many of you, I’d tried countless skincare brands over the years, hoping to find something that worked. But nothing seemed to truly meet my needs. I had sensitive skin that reacted to so many products, and I always felt like I was settling—either the products were too harsh, or the ones that seemed gentle enough weren’t giving me the results I wanted. It was frustrating. I wanted luxury skincare that didn’t come with the jaw-dropping price tag. I wanted something that actually worked, something that respected my skin and its needs. But I couldn’t find it anywhere.

That’s when I decided to do something about it. I started a personal wellness journey—beginning with a gym routine.
